Swedish crayfish parties are pretty great and soon it will be August, the season for crayfish. I love the food, crayfish boiled with a lot of dill, strong cheeses, "snapps" (alcohol with spices) and quiche... but also all the lights and moon decorations. As always you have to sing silly songs (snappsvisor) whenever you have a drink.
